Design Challenge
The client was looking to create a bold statement with an opulent poolside enclave that included built in fire features and state-of-the-art lighting. They also wanted to incorporate a grill and bar area for entertaining, and a recessed spa area for relaxation.
Design Solution
The space was situated on a slope, so we embraced the natural landscape and incorporated it into the final design allowing us to build a natural stone wall along the backside of the pool. We also created a linear fire pit and designed recess lighting to create a better sense of place within the natural elements. To expand the entertainment space, we created the outdoor kitchen and spa that flanked both sides of the homeowners already existing three season room. This allows the homeowner to enjoy an extended outdoor season in their backyard well into the colder months.
